Everton Chambers – Backative 7″ finally out
The first tune from our Everton Chambers project is finally on vinyl. The label is Hanami, and not Fast Forward Sound – but it´s all in order. Ola and Andreas who run the Hanami label are also in charge of One Away Studios where we voiced all the vocals and produced this riddim. They put in a lot of time and effort on the upcoming album – and as a form of payment they got to release this killer track on their label. And since Ola actually made the production it´s quite appropriate that they did. It will soon also be available on the album – on vinyl and digitally.

Fast Forward snackar dubs
Häromveckan pratade jag, Erik, med dancehallpodd-Hasan om dubplates. Inte bara fick jag ge mig på att förklara vad en dubplate är, jag fick också spela en personlig favorit. Valet föll på Gappy Ranks-dub inspelad på en av våra egna rytmer – med shoutouts till några av våra sångare – Samuel Lancine, Jr Tan, Joey Fever och Everton Chambers.

Sthlm winter splash!
The good folks behind Öland Roots and Soundkilla are producing yet another nice event. And we´re booked to host the small dancefloor! Great line up including some favourites like Labyrint, Queen Ifrica and Tony Rebel.
Personally, I´m mostly looking forward to see Tony Rebel. The amount of great tunes he´s got… It´s just crazy.

Here´s a sample from what might be heard on the forthcoming album.
